G. Alan Sutton, MAI has been actively engaged in real estate valuation and consulting for 35 years. He is an MAI member of the Appraisal Institute, the nation's premiere professional appraisal organization, a state certified real property appraiser, and a licensed real estate broker.

He specializes in the appraisal of commercial properties for mortgage lending, estates, financial planning, marketing, and counseling purposes.

Clients include various state, local, and federal governmental agencies; quasi-public agencies; national, state, and local lenders including banks and savings and loan associations; mortgage companies; attorneys; accountants; individuals; and corporations.

He is a member of the Savannah Area Chapter of the Appraisal Institute; Valdosta Board of REALTORS®; Georgia Association of REALTORS®; National Association of REALTORS®; and, Valdosta/Lowndes County Chamber of Commerce.
